Membership and Eligibility

The membership of CXO Circle is limited to C-suite executives, business owners, country heads, and heads of departments. Membership is subject to our approval and may be revoked at our discretion with due notice.

Membership Fee

Membership fee, if applicable, must be paid in full and on time. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.

Conduct and Responsibilities

Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards other members, staff, and guests. CXO Circle reserves the right to terminate memberships for inappropriate behaviour or violations of these Terms & Conditions. In case of behaviour which is punishable by law, due action shall be taken by the legal authorities respective to the incident as reported by the person notifying the authorities or as applicable by the law of the land.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrights, remain the property of CXO Circle and its respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

CXO Circle shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or attendance at our events.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CXO Circle, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions or your use of our services.

Modifications

CXO Circle reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The same shall be notified from time to time through email or notification on the mobile app and web portal of CXO Circle.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the jurisdiction.
